Safety concerns
Use the in-app safety and Exit controls when available. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Account and payment help
Support can help with access, verification, meeting payments and account status. Kimari will ask for the minimum information needed to investigate.
Privacy requests
Members can request an export or deletion in the app. The deletion page explains the same process for anyone who cannot access their account.
