Request deletion in the app
Open You, choose Delete account, review the consequences and confirm the request. This is the fastest way to securely associate the request with your account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@kimari.org from the address connected to your account and ask for account deletion. Kimari will verify ownership before acting.
What is deleted
Kimari deletes account data and private stored files governed by the deletion workflow. Limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, payment, safety, legal or audit obligations.
Track the request
The in-app status shows progress. Support can confirm status after ownership is verified, but cannot bypass required retention obligations.
